MUDDY POINT Assignment 10

After reading the OAI Protocol article--it left me confused.  Part of it was all of the abbreviations.  One of the first passages in the intro was that the authors are assuming a relatively high level of familiarity with how protocol works and this article was only giving a brief overview.  I was confused through a lot of it but I never really understood what the ERRoLS did.
