Muddy point

The muddy point for me was in reading the last assignment.  I tried to follow along with the designing of the web page but trying to figure out the figures 1-3 confused me.  My guess is that by assigning different groups of people different functions they are able to add  dependent on their position.  Like i said, the entity tables, especially Figure 3--i just didnt understand.
